Most projects begin 2–4 months after signing, though availability varies throughout the year. If you're planning a renovation or new build, reaching out early allows us to collaborate with your builder and architect from the beginning.

Absolutely. If you already have a trusted contractor or architect, we're happy to collaborate with your existing team. If you're still assembling yours, we're also happy to recommend professionals we've enjoyed working with.

Our process begins with a discovery call, followed by an in-home consultation. From there, we move through concept development, detailed design, material selections, construction documentation, and ongoing support throughout construction.

We believe pricing should be straightforward. Design is billed as a flat fee based on the scope of your project, while construction support is billed separately as needed during the build. You'll receive a detailed proposal before any work begins.

Yes. While many of our projects are in Bend and throughout Central Oregon, we also take on select projects outside of this area. If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, we'd love to hear from you.
